Birdie

Health

[GREEN]Stray intake, puppy sick with parvo, received CPMA and sent to foster. Foster reports puppy is very sweet, playful with other foster puppy (also recovering from parvo).B Friendly, playful, energetic puppy, will need continued appropriate socialization with new people, places and other animals, and positive reinforcement/rewards based training. Training should begin immediately before this puppy learns unwanted behaviors and becomes difficult to control. Dog savvy, respectful children 6+ may be okay; younger kids not recommended due to typical puppy mouthiness and sharp teeth. Adopter must be prepared for the time, energy, patience and commitment needed to raise and train a puppy.[2026-09-01 23:43:00.000]
